The Hotel Richmond offers 2 versatile function spaces to hold your corporate events.

From small meetings of 1-12 people, to groups of 10-60 people, we have the space for you!

The Private Balcony Room – Level 2

The private Balcony Room offers private balcony, private bar, private entrance foyer, private toilets, ceiling mounted data projector, speaker system, wireless microphone and Wi-Fi. The room is stunning with dark wood floors, and French doors opening the length of the balcony. The room is perfect for all types corporate events.

We often host midweek training sessions, meetings, corporate lunches, group interviews, product launches and networking.

The Balcony Room can host up to 60 for theatre style seating, 20 U-shape, 22 boardroom style or 35 cabaret style.

The Boardroom – Level 2

The Boardroom is perfect for intimate meetings. The room includes one large boardroom table for up to 12 guests, large TV screen with HDMI capability and WIFI, perfect for your corporate meetings.
